Vanuit verschillende internationale organisaties en instellingen kwam de vraag of het advies ook in het Engels beschikbaar kon worden gesteld. Daarom is er nu een ingekorte Engelstalige versie van het rapport. Zo zijn de belangrijkste inzichten en aanbevelingen ook toegankelijk voor een internationaal publiek.
